The multiplayer shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive still holds the top spot, but there is now a new pursuer. This is the strategy game Age of Wonders 4, which is from the ninth to second place could push up. For the leap to the throne, however, it has not been enough, at least so far. How are the Steam sales charts created?
So far, it has not been decisive for the calculation of the current top 10 of the Steam sales charts the sheer number of copies sold of the respective games, but always the turnover achieved of the software or hardware sold. So, especially expensive products had an “advantage”. Meanwhile, however also Free2Play games taken into account in the calculation. The sales charts listed above refer to the period from May 8th to May 14th, 2023. The charts presented by us are published weekly in one XML feed on Steam issued.
