The famous singer announces that he can no longer travel because of his injury. He thinks of ways to give concerts without having to travel from country to country.
“It’s one of the hardest things I’ve had to tell my loyal fans.” Rocker Ozzy Osbourne announced on Facebook on Wednesday that he is giving up touring due to a spinal injury he suffered four years ago.
“My one and only goal during this time has been to get back on stage. My voice is fine. However, after three surgeries, stem cell therapy and recently a breakthrough treatment, my body is still too weak.”
“Disappointing my fans makes me sick”
Stating that he is “honoured” by the patience of his fans, he is now aware that he is “not able to ensure [sa] European tour”. “I will not be able to bear the trip. Believe me when I say the thought of disappointing my fans makes me sick – more than you can imagine.”
And the singer added on a more negative note: “I never thought my years of touring would end this way. My team is thinking about how I can sing without having to travel from city to city. city and from country to country.”
Suffering from Parkinson’s diseasethe rocker had done in 2019 a bad fall at home resulting in the dislodgement of metal rods, placed in his spine following a quad accident. Last May, Ozzy Osbourne was also seen leaning on a cane to walk.
