Lars Stindl has commented on a possible contract extension at Borussia Mönchengladbach. “We are really still in the planning phase. Both sides have said how they see the situation.”says the Gladbach captain in an interview with the ‘Rheinische Post’ and announces: “Of course we will intensify the talks in the coming weeks.”

The chances of staying beyond the summer are not bad, but Stindl does not want to pledge loyalty: “I have to think about my family, my career, my plans afterwards. And it’s also about what value I still have for the club.” In his current sporting situation, the 34-year-old offensive man says he has “a really good feeling”.
