This summer the DominGo! event returns to Connecticut, held in Hartford, and in which several streets are closed to traffic, so that pedestrians can enjoy a series of educational, health and entertainment activities.
This year’s events will take place on Sundays June 25, September 17 and October 1, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
In the first closing on Sunday, June 25, Main Street will be filled with free activities for the whole family, including health screenings by Neighborhood Health, as the community health sponsor will be Hartford HealthCare.
In addition, attendees will enjoy games and prizes, sports such as basketball and soccer, paintings for children, and dancing in the street to the rhythm of salsa and zumba.
The events on September 17 and October 1 will take place on Park Street, with details to follow at a later date.
