However, this time we are excited because the good Flume releases a new album, which will surely sound very hard at his concert at the Pepsi Center WTC in CDMX.
As you will remember, it was in 2022 when the Australian DJ and producer released his most recent record material, Palaceswhere he collaborates with Damon Albarn and Caroline Polacheck. Even so, Flume has been very active in the studio to put out new songs that he will be playing during the tour that will be released this year.
Flume surprises us by releasing an album before his concert in CDMX
In February 2023, Flume surprised us with the release of Things Don’t Always Go The Way You Plana project where he put together some of the archival tracks he’s recorded over the past decade and that for one reason or another, they have not reached a studio album in shape. And now this producerazo releases a similar album called Arrived Anxious, Left Bored.
To give you an idea of how things are, andn this new album we have 10 new songs They had collaborations with a couple of producers that the Australian knows very well: Emile Haynie y Jim-E Stack. But besides this, on the album we hear the first time Flume uses his own voice for a song.
About this record material and in accordance with FADER, Flume stated that these songs were very elaborate songs that were practically ready. for the world to hear. However, as sometimes happens, they were left out of other albums and he saved them for the future.
