Happy new year, happy new survey: Right at the beginning of the fresh year 2023 I would like to ask you about your resolutions. No, it shouldn’t be about whether you want to lose 20 kilos, drink less beer or finally give up Tinder swiping. Instead, it should be about which technology purchases you have planned for 2023.
In 2021, I asked the readers in a similar way about their planned purchases. A lot has happened since then – e-mobility, for example, has gained in importance here in the blog. In this respect, this time I also offer you e-scooters, e-bikes and e-cars as possible answers. Also, I split the wearables option – into smartwatches/fitness trackers and separately the VR headsets. After all, I’m not the only one who’ll be bringing the PlayStation VR2 into my house this year.
But maybe some people also switch z. B. on a new television? Samsung will release the second generation of its QD OLED TVs around 2023, which I have high hopes for after trying the S95B. Of course, there will also be new smartphones from various manufacturers. For example, one can assume that the Xiaomi 13 will quickly find its way to Europe. And the Samsung Galaxy S23 will certainly not be to be scoffed at either.
There are certainly enough readers who are still looking at a PlayStation 5. While console availability is improving, many are likely still waiting. But there are also plenty of other options to get rid of your money: Monitors, headphones, speakers and more will also come onto the market in 2023 in new models. Although inflation is certainly inhibiting many people’s desire to buy, it may be better to make new purchases sooner rather than later – because overall prices are unfortunately not going to drop in the long term.
