‘Survivientes 2023’ put the finishing touch to its longest edition -four months- with Bosco Martínez Bordiú as the brand new winner. Pocholo’s nephew is already part of the history of one of the most demanding reality shows on our television. A gala in which Jorge Javier Vázquez was missing, who is still on leave due to a medical prescription, and who had to present Carlos Sobera without imagining that he would become the other great protagonist of the night by a controversial lapse that left no one indifferent.
It all happened when Carlos Sobera welcomed Adara Molinero on set. She “she came in as the queen of reality shows and comes out as a championship survivor (…) He has not won, but he would have deserved it like the others. Go ahead, Adara Molinero!”, pronounced the television station when the televoting lines were still in operation. Alarms quickly began to go off on social networks about an alleged tongo.
Telecinco explains what happened
From the offices of Mediaset Spain they have not taken long to clarify what happened on Thursday night. “A human error,” they say. the digital portal ‘Vertele’ has been able to have exclusive access to the final script of the gala, verifying in such a way that there was “a failure in the final version” of it. Likewise, the direction of ‘Survivientes’ made three different versions of the script due to the ignorance of the decision of its audience.
“Nothing that is being said is true and the prestige and image of this house are important to us,” explains Sandra Fernández, Mediaset España’s communication director. “JWe would also make a lead saying who wins or loses. We are very sorry for creating so much confusion. It is a script that Mediaset, the Bulldog team, has, and it is easy to verify that this is 100% true by looking at the time of the email”, says María Zambrano, director of ‘Survivientes’.
“There was not much room for reaction and we thought it was better to explain it well the next day. A final is a very big thing, there was a lot of public, people from behind… It was very difficult to make each other understand at a time of so many nerves. For this reason, we decided that the best thing was to wait until today and explain it well with the script in hand”, Zambrano ends by saying.
