Police arrest the man who allegedly fatally hit a three-year-old boy with his car in Queens.

According to the investigation, Kevin Gomez, 20, was driving a white Infiniti and was pulling out of a parking spot on College Point Boulevard near 41st Avenue on Wednesday shortly before 7 p.m. when he struck Quintas Chen, who was crossing in front of the car.
Police later found the vehicle abandoned about a quarter mile from the scene.
Gomez is now charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license.
