“César Casalonga (Swann Arlaud) has two passions in life: his job as a political adviser where he excels as a strategist and his boss, Paul Francoeur (Melvil Poupaud), whom he has accompanied for 20 years in the ascent which must lead him to the presidency of the Republic”, evokes the synopsis broadcast by France Télévisions on Monday.
