In the Nordic countries as in Sweden, the concept of “slow TV” is a hit. Textually, it is “slow television”, which broadcasts the life of nature and animals in real time.

It’s a lot of fun, and we get caught up in the game”says Malin Söderqvist. The concept comes from Norway. In 2009, public television placed a camera at the front of a train crossing the country. 7 hours of non-stop broadcasting, without editing, with huge success: 1.2 million viewers, a quarter of the country. The Swedes were inspired by it and went further: they placed about thirty cameras in the middle of nature to film the activity of the forest.
