Dominik Szoboszlai currently has no concrete thoughts of leaving. “I want to go my own way, I feel good here and I’m a RB Leipzig player”, said the midfielder from RB Leipzig in an interview with the ‘kicker’. Szoboszlai, who came from Salzburg around two years ago for 22 million euros, is under contract with the Saxons until 2026.
The good seasonal performances of Hungary (five goals, 13 assists) have also been noted by other clubs. The 22-year-old says about his future: “I’m still a RB Leipzig player in the summer. But I really don’t want to talk about what can happen sometime in the future. We still have a lot planned for Leipzig, everything is still possible: we’re in the Champions League, we want to defend the DFB Cup and we’re still doing well in the league. We have some chances to create something special.”
