Colo Colo had an afternoon to forget and suffered a resounding 5-1 win at the hands of O’Higgins at the El Teniente Stadium, within the framework of the second day of the 2023 National Championship.

El Cacique had a good start and when the actions in Rancagua had just started, he came to the opening of the account from the hand of Jordhy Thompson who was dispatched with a true left-footed goal.

In the complement, the albos were not up to the task and succumbed to the Province Capo who turned it around and was left with the victory with scores from Matías Marín, Matías Donoso, Diego Fernández and a double from Matías Belmar.

With this result, the cast led by Gustavo Quinteros suffered their first defeat in the contest and stagnated in three units, which left them in fifth place along with Cobresal, Unión La Calera, Universidad de Chile and Curicó Unido.
