Our two members Alessandro Matthä and Lena Jussel passed their exam for 1st Poom and 1st DAN on February 4th, 2023.
The 1st Poom is a red and black belt and is awarded to graduates who are under the age of 15 at the time of the exam. Over 15 years of age, after a successful exam, you will be awarded the black belt for 1st DAN. Alessandro and Lena achieved this last Saturday. Both have been training in our Taekwondo Dojang Bludenz club from the very beginning and have been supporting our trainers for some time as assistant trainers in the children’s group. They are an indispensable part of the training there and motivate our children to emulate them and to be able to take the black belt exam one day. Both have also successfully participated in championships and were able to win one or the other medal for the Dojang Bludenz. All of us in the club congratulate Lena Jussel and Alessandro Matthä on passing their exams and are very happy to have both in our ranks.
