According to documents obtained by TMZ, Daniel Hernández, (his real name), was forced to appear in court due to excessive speed; however, he failed to attend his appearance, prompting a judge to issue a warrant for his arrest.
The “GOOBA” singer was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and released the same day after posting $2,000 bail..
This latest run-in with the law comes just months after he was attacked by a group of men inside the bathroom of LA Fitness, leaving him with severe facial injuries and bruises.
“Tekashi was attacked in a gym sauna by three or four men who beat him, he tried to defend himself but couldn’t,” the rapper’s lawyer said at the time.
