On Sunday, the winner of this year’s Farm celebrity was named, and it was celebrity chef Trond Moi (53) who ran away with the given victory.
He beat influencer Sofie Karlstad (25) in the exciting final, and was celebrated by all participants.
As the winner of Farmen kendis, Moi gets an electric car delivered by Skoda, worth NOK 616,000.
Although the celebrity chef was named the winner of the program during the recording last summer, it did not become public knowledge until Sunday evening.
That is why Moi has now waited for over eight months for the prize he has won – in addition to honors and glory from the Norwegian people.
Now that it’s all settled, he doesn’t have to wait very much longer for the car. According to TV 2, Moi will receive the prize around one to two weeks after the final is broadcast on TV.
The winner doesn’t just have to wait a long time to receive the prize. He must also, in contrast to the Farmen winner, pay taxes on the prize.

The celebrity farm winner has also revealed to TV 2 what he has planned to do with the prize.
And Moi’s choice did not go down well with the family.
At Sunday’s final party, it was a taciturn and emotional chef who received applause from the audience when he was officially announced as the winner.
