The trial for the crime of Miguel Heredia had this afternoon the verdict of the public jury in which they determined that the defendants are not guilty.
As has been published, the trial accusing Juan Domingo Talerico and Claudio Alexis Torres as the perpetrators of the shot that ended the life of the young man in the La Favela neighborhood in Tolosa was held this week in Oral and Criminal Court No. 5.
Before, when the allegations were made during the trial for the death of Miguel Heredia, there were moments of great tension in the courts of La Plata.
The truth is that the situation in the room became tense to such an extent that an intermediate room had to be made. One of the defendants’ lawyers mentioned a situation in Heredia in the neighborhood and triggered a reaction from relatives.
The one who felt touched the most – and even ended up crying on the floor – was the victim’s own mother.
