Still intended for all active platforms (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch, PC) and Game Pass, this title jointly developed by Mojang Studios and Blackbird Interactive (Hardspace: Shipbreaker) relies on a scripted campaign ( aimed at defending the Overworld against Piglin invasions) without neglecting the competitive dimension. This takes the form of a Player versus Player mode offering 4 versus 4 clashes where the objective will be to build and defend your village while crushing the opposing base.
A familiar universe but with different uses
The action takes place in a familiar world but that we rediscover from a new angle and whose biomes shelter the resources necessary to build its defenses and calm the surging pigs. As required by the franchise, maps will be randomly generated, including Player vs. Player. A few surprises await regulars, especially concerning the role of mobs such as skeletons and zombies who can act as unexpected allies, as well as for Creepers whose ability to explode can be diverted. Besides the standard edition, Minecraft Legends will be available in a Deluxe Edition that includes the base game and a skin pack.
