Delivered in 2018 by who was the leader of the opposition, Pedro Sanchezpreceded a vote that allowed him to seize power.

Hernando aired “outlandish requests” that delayed the approval of the film and even put pressure on exhibitors, such as the withdrawal of subsidies, according to local media reports.
