In one semester, the ChatGPT phenomenon is poised to disrupt all industries. IBM, for example, is currently working to replace 30% of its 26,000 people with ChatGPT to optimize its costs.
OpenAI, the company that developed the famous ChatGPT algorithm, wanted to assess the impact of its creation on the world of work. For this, she has listed the 34 professions that will never be impacted by artificial intelligence, according to her.
Dexterity, creativity, empathy and relational
These jobs have in common that they require human skills that AI can never replace (phew!) such as manual dexterity, creativity, empathy or interpersonal skills. They also imply a physical presence in the field, an adaptation to unforeseen situations or risk taking. So many parameters that an AI will never be able to have.

What jobs should you worry about?
They are opposed to professions that rely on repetitive, routine or standardized tasks, which can be easily automated like ChatGPT. These include, for example, jobs in accounting, translation, writing, secretarial work or customer service. The most basic positions will be quickly replaced, so you have to know how to evolve so as not to be dropped by the algorithms.
In the report published by OpenAI, the founders estimate that 80% of the American payroll will be directly or indirectly impacted by the ChatGPT software. In addition, it is also 19% of professions that will be impacted up to 50% by artificial intelligence, without necessarily being replaced in their entirety.
