Juarez City.- Through the Médico a tu Puerta program, 213 people were treated at Colegio de Bachilleres 7, the Directorate of Community Centers reported in a statement.

Jesús Manuel García Reyes, head of the agency, indicated that students, teachers and parents were the main beneficiaries, who together received 2,073 health actions.

The services that had the greatest demand were eye exams, which included free delivery of lenses, consultations with general practitioners, dental care and cleaning, psychological support, and consultations with the team of nutritionists.

It was mentioned that in order to provide a better service, the medical health units were brought to the educational facilities, where the different consultations were carried out.

The objective of the Doctor at Your Door Program is to care for free and professionally mainly people in a state of prostration, pregnant women and those over 60 years of age who lack medical attention and whose homes are far from health centers.
