The Association of Health Professionals of the Province of Buenos Aires (CICOP) voted this Friday “by vast majority” in favor of approve the joint proposal of the Buenos Aires government, so the union closes the salary increase for the year 2022 above 102%.
In a Congress of Delegates from the entire province, which met in person at the CICOP headquarters, “it was resolved by a large majority to accept the parity proposal, with which the accumulated salary for 2022 is 102.4% average and 102.8% for the initial salary of the hospital professional career,” they specified in a statement.
“The congress positively valued the achievements obtained during the last year and reaffirmed the commitment to continue the fight for a salary recomposition that prioritizes health professionals, improvements in working conditions and a reform in the health system that guarantee equal access and full labor rights for the entire health team,” they concluded.
As reported, the meeting was carried out with a large presence of congressmen from Provincial, Municipal and National Sections, in which, in addition to concluding the election of the Electoral Board for the next elections. to be held on April 19, 20 and 21, 2023.
