Rosario is preparing for a new edition of the Rosario Gastronomic Week from May 14 to 20 that comes with important news with more than 100 locations.
Organized by the Gastronomic and Related Hotel Business Association of Rosario, the Rosario Tourist Entity and the Municipality of Rosario, from Monday 15 to Thursday 18 more than 100 gastronomic establishments will offer a 30% discount on various items ranging from breakfasts and snacks, going through minutes, carlitos, pizzas and hamburgers to elaborate dishes and drinks.
This discount will also be offered on tac-free, vegan and vegetarian meals. Some of the participating stores will in turn maintain the discount on Friday the 19th and Saturday the 20th.
During the week there will be a wide range of activities related to gastronomy in various parts of the city. From Monday to Wednesday there will be excursions to vermouth bars, wine bars and ice cream parlors. During the days of the event there will also be classes at different cooking schools in Rosario to learn new recipes.
The Mercado del Patio will be the epicenter of the activity, in the SUM of this space there will be an agenda full of workshops, tastings, talks and classes on Thursdays and Fridays to take advantage of. At the entrance of the SUM, a fair of producers and sponsors will be displayed with products to taste and buy. During the days of the Rosario Gastronomic Week, some stores from the Mercado del Patio will join in with activities, promotions and special discounts.
For its part, Saturday the 20th will be the Grand Closing in the Patio Market Pergola. Starting in the morning, master cooking classes will be held with renowned chefs from the city. In turn, around the Pergola there will be various stalls with food and drinks to enjoy outdoors.
