The national government formalized the Federal Sanitary Plan “Mi Baño” by which subsidies will be granted to people in vulnerable conditions to facilitate their access to decent sanitation conditions.
The new measure was published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette and is added to the set of public policies such as My Piece, which allows for the repair and conditioning necessary to improve the quality of life in each home.
What is it and who is it for?
The public policy dependent on the Ministry of Social Development consists of eradicating latrines, progressively, in order to assist the population living in a situation of extreme social vulnerability and/or unsatisfied basic needs in emergencies. What is the My Piece 2023 Plan about?
The My Piece Plan is a program that offers from $150,000 to $360,000 to women who want to make repairs to their homes, such as:
- housing extension
- interior division
- Roof / wall / floor / openings improvement
- Minor repair of plumbing and/or electricity
What are the mandatory requirements
- To be a woman
- To be over 18 years old
- Reside in a popular Renabap neighborhood
- Have a Family Housing Certificate issued in Mi Anses.
