The grandfather of the electric scooter did it again and was once again caught on camera by a curious person in Miami.
This is the same old man who went viral in October of last year for the striking solution he found to travel with a second person on board his scooter.
In this new recording you can see the same older man driving the scooter at full speed sitting on a saddle, while his companion is sitting on the base of the vehicle, between the man’s legs… and with his head at the level of his groin. .
