ORA journalist from Poland collapsed in the press area of ​​the Lanxess Arena in Cologne during the EHF Champions League final between SC Magdeburg and Kielce, when the game was 20-22 in favor of the latter. The second half was already played.

The interruption occurred after the request of the journalists and all the spectators from the stands themselves. The referees stopped the game as soon as they were told what was going on. The press area was immediately evacuated.

The emergency services placed a tarp to intervene on the Polish journalist who had suffered a heart attack. After a 13-minute break in which the journalist was revived and transferred, the final resumed. A report on the condition of the person who collapsed has not yet been issued.
