Juarez City.- The municipal president, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, went this day to the Central de Abastos to accompany the tenants of “Voy Abastos” on its 13th anniversary, an area of the market where food is offered at retail to Juarez residents.
The mayor recognized the work of the Mercado de Abastos and this special area that offers the possibility of obtaining food at a very low price and that now, in collaboration with the municipal government, gives additional discounts when participating in the “Crusade for your Economy” program. through which discount cards are distributed to citizens.
“They bring the food that reaches hundreds of thousands of people throughout Juárez, but 13 years ago they launched Voy Abastos for retail trade and today I want to thank you for working together on the Crusade for your Economy cards, where they offer discounts , more than what these stores are already cheap for the people”, highlighted Pérez Cuéllar.
As part of the celebration of the anniversary of Voy Abastos, there was a membership module for the Crusade for your Economy, as well as the presence of a musical group and food for visitors, it was reported in a statement.
