La Plata was once again the scene of a fatal accident in the last few hours, and in this case it was a 16-year-old teenager who lost her life. For reasons that will now be determined, both vehicles were involved in a collision, which was fatal for the young woman, who was traveling as a companion in a Duke 200cc. Now it was learned that this motorcycle had an active kidnapping order, after it was found that it had a “patent plate of another vehicle.”
According to the police report that this newspaper accessed, the vehicle is in a case classified as “theft” after a complaint dated March 13 last. The kidnapping request comes from the neighborhood police division 11 of the City of Buenos Aires, the report describes.
It was for this reason that the arrest of the young man who was driving the motorcycle, 17 years old and with legal residence in San Carlos, was ordered. In addition, he was involved in a case labeled as “cover-up”, in addition to the one that was opened for “culpable homicide” around the fatal accident.
It should be noted that the first report referred to the fact that the car allegedly hit the rear of the other vehicle, causing its occupants to fall. The person driving the motorcycle was identified as GC and suffered various injuries, while the girl, Celeste Condorí Gutiérrez, was the one who lost her life at the scene.
Although it was the first report, everything will be subject to the results of the expert opinions, since, until the technical studies are carried out, it will only be possible to launch conjectures. The precision on the mechanics of the accident will come with the participation of road specialists.
Meanwhile, it was learned that a 47-year-old man was the one driving the Chevy (in the direction of Vieytes) and with him were the 43-year-old couple and the 3-year-old daughter. With this case, so far this year in The Region has already produced 28 fatal crashes.
