Claudio Ludtke took over as Head of the Regional Unit II and in contact with the media reviewed his career, also announced that he will analyze the work of the heads of each police station.
The General Commissioner, who has worked in the security force since 1996, when he worked as a sub-assistant officer in the First section, always wanted to be in charge of the Regional Unit and took it as a challenge from afar.
“I was here for a long time, we shared this beautiful experience of working in Oberá, later in the area of communication, with a good relationship with the media, due to life circumstances I had to visit different locations and when I reached the last hierarchy, the Ministry of Government and the Police Headquarters appointed me to be responsible, together with a great work team, because that is what it is about, ”explained the commissioner.
When asked about the way of working, he announced that the policeman must walk the entire city to prevent crimes and be in contact with the neighbors, “the police function is about that of proximity, that has to do with prevention, walking the street, in addition to generating meetings to listen to the neighbor transmitting the concerns to the corresponding entities ”.
He does not rule out meetings with mayors of the different towns, as well as with councilors and institutions, who are aware of the town’s security problems.
Lastly, he spoke about the turnover in the police stations, “if the changes occur, it will be due to the performance of the chiefs in their units, there are issues that will occur in a practical way because they have been in that post for a long time, but who is doing his job well, he will remain in office,” Ludtke said.
