Hard rock duo Tenacious D consisting of Jack Black and Kyle Gass have today released a new song to their ever growing repertoire of humorous rock music and this time the theme is set to everyone’s favorite medium – video games. The piece of music “Video Games” has also been wonderfully animated music video where many of our favorite games are represented in short fun segments where Black and Gass live robbers in titles like Fallout 4, Mario and Red Dead Redemption 2.
It is not the first time that Jack Black has flirted with the world of games and many of us remember his role as the main character in the now classic musical adventure Brutal Legend for Playstation 3 where also other famous names in the world of hard rock such as Ozzy Osbourne, Lita Ford, Lemmy Kilmister and Rob Halford also featured. More recently, we have also been able to hear Jack Black’s phenomenal voice acting in the new blockbuster film about Super Mario Bros, where he takes on the role of the big villain Bowser.
Surely it’s quite swingy anyway?
