The Police arrested this Friday one of the defendants for the crime of Silvio Peroni (53), the journalist and professor of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication of the UNLP who he was assassinated at the door of his house, in 26 between 39 and 40, on December 14. The authorities indicated that they managed to find the defendant in the province of Tucumán.
Police sources reported that the defendant was identified thanks to cyber patrol tasks and viewing of security cameras that extended from the place where the crime occurred to Ensenada. There they observed that the subject traveled on foot to that town.
The perpetrator of Peroni’s crime was identified as CJM, who has a criminal record, and Through comparative frames, the researchers determined that it was the person they were looking for.
With all these probative elements, the Justice ordered the arrest of the subject for the crime of “aggravated manslaughter criminis causa”. However, at the time of his capture, the uniformed officers warned that the suspect stopped going to the places he usually frequents and began a search to find his whereabouts.
The tasks began in the houses where the defendant could have gone to ask for accommodation but they produced a negative result.
Within this framework, the agents obtained the information they CJM would be a fugitive in Tucumán. They quickly contacted personnel from the Second San Miguel Police Station and the Investigative Police of that Province, who confirmed the arrest of the accused.
In turn, they detailed that the defendant had given a false identity through the use of an apocryphal ID. They also highlighted that CJM would have been the author of several qualified robberies, which had the intervention of the judicial authorities of Tucumán.
Finally, it was reported that the usual communications between the judicial authorities began in order to coordinate his transfer to La Plata.
THE CRIME
The shocking case that shakes the city happened during the early hours of Wednesday, December 14, at the home where Peroni lived, in 26 between 39 and 40where he received a fatal stab in an attempt to defend his mother from a criminal.
The victim was identified after a few hours and it was revealed that he taught and was a professor at the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication and also worked in a hardware store.
Regarding what happened, it was a call to 911 that alerted several police mobiles, who went to the scene to respond to the alert. Upon arrival, the troops came across the heartbreaking scene and although they performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers, they could do nothing to save the seriously injured man.
In dialogue with the press, his mother recounted exactly how everything happened last Tuesday night: “I went out looking for my cat to feed him and when I came out with the package of ham I saw an unfortunate man with a knife. He asked me where my husband was and he put me inside. Then I screamed and my son came out who was in the bedroom With the computer”the woman told at that time.
When Silvio tried to defend his mother, both “twinked” in a fierce fight that ended with the victim seriously injured. “What are you doing here?” Peroni told the criminal, but the attacker stabbed him and “jumped over the wall” of the patio of the house to flee. “They say that the man was wounded, but he killed my son,” added the woman.
The investigation was now in the hands of UFI No. 8, which leads Martin Almironwho labeled the fact as “homicide” and requested that the necessary skills be carried out to try to determine how everything happened and get clues that allow the investigations to find the culprit.
