The legislators of the capital approved the initiative presented by the Morenista deputy José Octavio Rivero, with which the period in the position of prosecutor would be extended for four more years, thus reforming article 44 of the capital’s constitution.
The proposal even includes a calendar so that between next May 8 and 13 the call for the ratification of today’s prosecutor Ernestina Godoy is issued.
