Jorge Giacobbe Sr. was the owner of a consultancy that had garnered some prestige for its analyses. The man was clearly not a Peronist but he did not make the foolishness that his son does trying to define Kirchnerism and clearly demonstrating his little capacity.

But Jorge Giacobbe Jr. was lucky enough to be educated in the best schools and believes that knowing Ivan Pavlov’s theory of classical conditioning makes him a cultured person.

Pavlov was a Russian physiologist who demonstrated the theory of conditioning with his dogs who rang a bell every time he fed them. The dogs associated that sound with eating and when Pavlov rang the bell his dogs began to salivate.

Then he used it to try to demonstrate how Kirchnerism moves by voting for whoever its leader indicates.

And he says it without blushing when his leader, Mauricio Macri, took Miguel Ángel Pichetto as his running mate, who until seconds before had been the head of the Kirchner bloc in the Senate.

Or even worse when he unconditionally supports the candidacy of Javier Milei, a messianic leader who doesn’t even have a team to face a possible government.
