In addition to the contradictions that Dani Alves showed in his version of events, the revelation of a new piece of evidence – the recording of the nightclub’s security cameras – further complicates the situation of the former Barcelona.
The events denounced occurred in the early hours of December 31, in the Sutton bathroom -a bowling alley in Barcelona-. First, the Brazilian denied knowing the woman, but then he assured that he had seen her and, later, he explained that she “jumped on top of her” from her.
Through the newspaper of Spain, the fundamental evidence that aggravates the situation of the Brazilian was known, since the local cameras show the soccer player and the complainant locked in the bathroom for about 15 minutes. Previously, Dani Alves maintained that he was “a short time” in the place and that “nothing happened”.
On the other hand, witnesses of the case declared that they saw the soccer player invite the woman and her friends to the VIP sector of the bowling alley, and even a waiter revealed that he was the one who gave the invitation.
So far, the footballer is being held at the Brians 1 Penitentiary Center without the possibility of bail.
