The run over occurred in the area considered urban where the speed is limited, likewise the motorcycle was embedded in the engine of the truck which, according to circumstantial witnesses, was traveling at a speed much higher than the mandatory speed.
The agents of the Cerro Azul Police Station, the Scientific Police Division carried out the skills and the police doctor diagnosed the cause of Viera’s death: violent death in a traffic accident.
