Juarez City.- The Women’s Prosecutor’s Office (FEM) in the North Zone, managed to get Control Judges of the Bravos Judicial District to issue orders linking the process against four defendants for the crime of family violence, in different events registered in Ciudad Juárez.
The alleged perpetrators are Jesús Manuel MM, for events recorded on April 16, at a home in the Kilómetro 20 neighborhood, where he allegedly physically, patrimonially, and psychologically assaulted his biological mother.
Carlos Alberto GA, after what happened on April 13 in a house in the Canto de Calabria subdivision, where he allegedly psychologically assaulted his wife.
Antonio HH, because he allegedly beat and insulted his common-law wife on April 15 at a home in the Lomas de Poleo neighborhood.
Oscar Iván MC, accused of allegedly hitting his biological sister on April 16 inside a house in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood.
The defendants were arrested in flagrante delicto by elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat.
Agents of the Public Ministry of the FEM integrated the respective investigative folders and proceeded criminally, making the Control Judges, familiar with the criminal cases, resolve that the accused face criminal proceedings under the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
