Juarez City.- The Ministry of Education and Sports (SEyD), in coordination with the Grupo Imperial Foundation, announced that they will take 12,000 primary school students from Ciudad Juárez to the play: “Peter Pan El Musical.”

“With the aim of bringing the new generations closer to the spaces of art and scenic culture”, it was mentioned through a press release.

The staging will have 14 performances, of which 10 will be for students from 23 previously selected border schools, with two performances each day, from Monday, April 24 to Friday, April 28, at the Paso del Norte Cultural Center.

The work is made up of 29 actors, actresses, singers and dancers on stage, musicians, nine scenes, 12 musical numbers and special effects lasting one hour and 30 minutes, it was reported.

“Peter Pan The Musical,” a place where performers transform into mischievous fairies, ferocious pirates, and children who are able to fly if they just have some faith and hope, is an invitation to Neverland, he says.

Fundación Grupo Imperial reported that this effort is part of the Twenty-First Cultural Week, with the aim of expanding and bringing theater closer to girls and boys who would not normally have access to this type of event.
