Forest firefighters together with the National Guard continue this Friday working to extinguish the fire reported on PR-111, in the Cerro Gordo neighborhood in Utuado.
Commissioner Marcos Concepción is on site in charge of the operation. Municipal Emergency Management personnel also on the scene.
The fire affects the Jacana and Cayuco sectors since June 13.
