The complaint for attempted sexual abuse against a member of the Misiones Police advanced yesterday and the Justice took the first steps, as El Territorio was able to confirm with different sources involved in the case.

Yesterday, goalkeeper Pablo Enrique González (43) approached the Investigation Prosecutor Six and made an extension of the complaint, as this medium had anticipated. In addition, he received support from force professionals, according to what he detailed.

Once they came into contact with the details of the complaint, the judicial authorities ordered that the police force be notified of the cause. In addition, a restraining order was imposed on the victim.

In any case, the public official was not arrested at the moment. In this regard, Misiones Police sources stated that their immediate transfer to another jurisdiction was ordered, although it was not clarified where.

As El Territorio reported yesterday, the reported event occurred on Thursday, when González arrived at the establishment where he has worked for three years, in the Néstor Kirchner neighborhood, around 8:00 p.m.

Adjusted to the routine, he greeted the police officer on duty, but noticed that it was someone new, that he had never seen. They exchanged words about the place, the time, the insecurity of the neighborhood and he went to fulfill his obligations.

“I greeted him and told him: ‘See you later’, like someone saying goodbye. I enter my motorcycle and he tells me ‘I’ll be right back’. ‘Fuck it,’ I said, I thought maybe I was going to do an inspection or something” , expressed the complainant hours later in an interview with this newspaper.
Without giving much importance to that, he continued with his routine of opening the establishment and checking that everything is fine.

But at that moment “this policeman came in behind me, he was uniformed and armed, but he did not have a name (the caltrop that they always wear on their chests), that caught my attention. We were talking about the establishment, about security and I left continuing until we entered one of the classrooms”.

The first alert came from an uncomfortable query from the uniformed officer about González’s sexual preferences. According to what the interviewee said, she only managed to laugh and avoided answering because “it was irrelevant.”

“And in the meantime, when we were going outside, towards the patio, he grabbed my arm tightly and sat down in one of the chairs that was there. Then he kind of wanted to take me to him and there he made me an indecent proposal, he He puts me in front of my pelvic part and intends to give me oral sex”, he related, uncomfortable, about that moment.

According to his testimony, embodied in the complaint, the cash insisted on several occasions and told him that “he was going to have a great time”, among other details that are kept confidential. “‘Let’s do it,’ he told me, and I told him, ‘I don’t have that kind of inclination, sorry,'” he said.

But the uniformed man did not give in. “In that struggle he was manipulating his pistol with the other hand, showing off. ‘Don’t worry about what happens outside, I have my prickly pear here, nothing happens,’ he said. And then with that attitude I made force with my arm and I withdrew outside because the door was open”, continued the interviewee.

The complainant stated that the police officer, whom he identified simply as Pablo and who would be 38 years old, told him that nothing was wrong and let him know that he had been studying the place, that there was no one there, not even cameras.

Regarding the manipulation of the weapon, the alleged victim feels that his integrity was in danger at that moment. “For me that was lethal, because after he touched the gun and said that, there was no going back. I thought ‘how about he forced me to drop my pants’. A lot of things crossed my mind,” he continued.

The worker urged the policeman to leave and the man left “as if nothing had happened”, telling him to calm down because he was very nervous. In that instance, he notified the director of the establishment and went to the jurisdictional unit -to which the defendant responds- to make the complaint.

The complainant assures that at the police station where he filed the complaint they told him that the suspect would have a similar record and that this earned him a transfer in the past. That is something that Justice will have to determine with the progress of the case.
