TULARE, California – A 76-year-old adult faces an 888-year sentence for committing 61 crimes of sexual abuse against minors.
According to the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office, defendant Arthur Pena Alvidrez was found guilty of sexually molesting four minors.
The crimes occurred in the city of Tulare between 2007 and 2018, according to the court file.
The final sentence is expected for next August 31, which means that he would never be released from prison again since the prosecutors are asking for 888 years in prison.
In addition, Pena Alvidrez will be registered for life as a sex offender.
