The Police and the Family Department intervened this Saturday morning with a family in the municipality of Aguada for a possible case of abuse.
According to the Family Secretary, Ciení Rodríguez Troche, a couple allegedly keeps their two daughters in the residence under said employer. In addition, relatives of the couple indicated that they have referred them five times to the agency.
At the moment, the authorities have tried to gain access to the house, but have received no response.
“We do this operation together with the Police Bureau, who investigate the criminal area and, on our part, we intervene in the social area and the support that the people involved may need. We continue to collaborate with the authorities and provide all the help that is necessary to find a solution that, above all, offers security, protection and well-being to that family nucleus,” said Rodríguez in a written communication.
