Ciudad Juárez.- Noel OD was linked to the process by a control judge of the Bravos Judicial District, after the North Zone District Prosecutor’s Office (FDZN) managed to prove his probable responsibility in the commission of the crime of alteration and falsification of documents, reported the Prosecutor’s Office
In an official statement, the state body announced that the investigation carried out by the Public Ministry of the Investigation Unit of Crimes Related to Immigration Procedures revealed that, allegedly, the accused committed the aforementioned crime between August 15, 2019 and on February 13, 2020, in a commercial premises located on Avenida Valentín Fuentes in the Villahermosa neighborhood.
According to the investigation, Noel OD would have participated in the alteration of a notice of modification to the discount factor issued by Infonavit, in the falsification of 75 payroll receipts, a work letter and a badge from the company Optron de México SA de CV in the name of a man, whose identity the state agency did not reveal in its statement.
Also, in the falsification of a student letter from the Ignacio Allende High School in Ciudad Juárez in the name of a woman, in the falsification of a student letter from the Frida Kahlo Elementary School, the falsification of a student letter from the Kindergarten and Hummingbird Nursery.
According to the ministerial investigation, he obtained an economic benefit of 25 thousand 885 pesos after the commission of said illegal acts.
The Control Judge aware of the criminal case 791/2023, considered the incriminating arguments put forward by this social representation sufficient, for which reason he decided to link the accused to the process.
