Juarez City.- A total of 300 Kiris trees were planted in the Parque Central Oriente, which among its main characteristics are to withstand extreme temperatures, less water use, in addition to the fact that its leaves can be used as fertilizer for other plants, it was reported.

Families from Juarez, Rogelio Muñoz, the park administrator, and the agronomist, Fernando Aragón, participated in the planting of the trees, who offered an explanation to the attendees about the benefits of this species.

“I really like botany, and this was a tree that I had been researching for a long time, and the truth is that the tree seems very interesting to me,” said Jesús Molina, a man from Juarez who participated in the planting of one of the 300 trees. .

It was reported that after three years, the trees will reach a height of up to five meters, in addition that in this same period their roots will need less water.
