It emphasizes that AMLO could no longer present preferential initiatives because he can only do so on the opening day of each session.

Those same vices pointed out by Pérez Dayán would also lead to the nullity of the reform to the electoral laws, including the restructuring of the INE.
The vote of at least eight of the eleven ministers is required to invalidate the reform.
Yesterday the Legal Department of the Presidency thundered against the dissemination of Pérez Dayán’s project and accused that the “leak” of the project is not only serious and irresponsible, but also “contaminates” the deliberative process of the issue.
He urged the Court to initiate, ex officio, an internal investigation in order to establish responsibilities and avoid this type of “illegal conduct” in future cases.
