They protest in Colombia against the reforms of the government of Gustavo Petro

Colombia lived a third day of marches against the different social reforms of the government of Gustavo Petro. The opposition marched in 10 cities around the world under the slogan “the march of the majorities”.

In the middle of a minute of silence, the opposition protested peacefully against the president, who has not yet completed his first year in office and this is the third protest against him.

In Medellín they were led by his rival in the elections Federico Gutiérrez, who said that this is “a government that takes us towards a leap into the void without a parachute, where neither the economy is doing well, nor the social sphere is going well, much less security.” .

President Gustavo Petro himself supported the demonstrations against him when he said: “now there are some marches against the government and our greatest responsibility is to take care of them, in the past it was not suddenly like that but that is now our duty and commitment.”

They also protested against the violation of fundamental rights and from now on the country is programming another march for next July 19 and it is being organized by the active reserves of the army.
