National Gendarmerie raided a private clinic in the town of Cerro Azul in the framework of the investigation for an alleged suppression of identity, according to what El Territorio learned based on different sources consulted. The procedure was completed during the siesta yesterday by order of the authorities of the Federal Court of Oberá. The order was to seize a medical record and documentation of interest to the cause.

The case was being handled with great secrecy, because it is in full investigation. As revealed, the case is from 2021 and fell to the Federal Justice after the authorities of the Investigating Court Five of Leandro N. Alem, in charge of Raquel Zuetta.
In this regard, the same clinic had been raided in March 2021 by that court in Alem, in an investigation involving a policewoman and a couple of merchants. Although everything indicates that it is the same fact investigated, the sources did not confirm it. It was anticipated that investigative and testimonial hearings will take place during the week.
Everything is in full investigation, to establish responsibilities.

As this medium reported in a timely manner, El Territorio, what is striking about the aforementioned fact is that the couple who allegedly appropriated the minor were the ones who made the situation known to the Misiones Police. Juan (39) and Carolina (41) -both business employees and a couple for many years- went to the local police station and reported that the boy’s mother had gone looking for him and took him by force.

The man then provided details of the maneuver, possibly not knowing that it would put him in a jail cell. He stated that the little boy was born on February 23 in the local private clinic on the edge of National Route 14 and that the mother was Valeria (30), a Misiones Police officer who works in the Cerro Transit Division. Blue.

He expanded that no adoption process was carried out for this, but that they had made “a principle of oral agreement” so that they take charge of the infant’s upbringing.
Everything was going according to their plans until the young mother apparently repented of her actions and, after a heated argument at Juan and Carolina’s house, took the child with her.
The troops notified the situation to the judicial authorities, who ordered that the man be arrested immediately, in addition to the seizure of cell phones and the raid on the clinic.

As for the policewoman, she was notified of the investigation of the case although she remained free to care for the child. Sources from the VI Regional Unit detailed that she was on maternity leave and she revealed that she had told her co-workers that she lost the pregnancy she was in.

The police version, which was unofficially revealed through people close to him, was that the son belonged to a colleague with whom he had had an on-and-off relationship but which finally came to an end. That is why he considered giving up the baby on the way for adoption. What Valeria assures regarding this is that there was no type of economic exchange and she insists that this was never her intention. She did not want to have her child, until the days passed and she regretted it. That’s why she went to the house of the couple who had it, to claim it.

In this sense, as the documents released by El Territorio show, he does not deny that he registered his son irregularly. Or rather illegal. But he also assures that he did not know Juan (39) and Carolina (41) until then, and his most serious accusation rests on this point.

She assured, always according to voices very close to her, that it was the clinic that made the arrangements and that she had been told that the couple who was going to adopt her baby was from another province. She did not find out that they lived in Cerro Azul until the following days, when she began to inquire.
