The Buenos Aires government reopened the registration to Buenos Aires CREATEthe program of Accessible credits for those who want to carry out reforms, spare parts or extensions at home. The announcement was made after 20,000 beneficiaries accessed the first stage

Those who want to sign up can do so until February 6, while those who already did so in the fourth draw and have the application approved do not need to do so again.

The program is considered a policy with a gender perspective by the Buenos Aires government, since it “strengthens access to credit for women and diversities.”

The credits will be granted in “housing units” (UVIs), which implies that the amounts will accompany the updating of the construction prices, the quota will be updated through the “HogarBA” formula that “guarantees that it will not be able to exceed the average increase in wages and will have a period of between 6 and 12 months to start paying.
