Parral, Chih.- Authorities that make up the joint operation deployed in the municipality of Hidalgo del Parral, seized three firearms during actions to guarantee the safety of citizens.
Elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI), the Mexican Army, the National Guard, the State Secretariat of Public Security and the Municipal Public Security Directorate participated in said action.
During the intervention in which junkyards and junkyards are verified, the person in charge of one of these establishments, not having the corresponding permits and documentation, voluntarily surrendered the following firearms:
– 01 North Haren brand rifle, model 60 Groove Barrel, .22 caliber.
– 01 squad type pistol, Raikal brand, .380 caliber, black color, with the legend “luna’s” and with an empty magazine.
– 01 titan brand pistol, .25 caliber, with a magazine stocked with seven useful cartridges.
The seized weapons were made available to the Public Ministry for the corresponding investigations.
