Union representatives estimate 1,231 attacks against officials in Catalan prisons only in 2022, and they also denounce that 600 troops are missing from the entire current workforce.
Module 13 also has a patio, sports court and landscaped areas for walking and leisure, where Alves also exercises. Alves is limited to playing occasional unofficial games with other prisoners. He receives periodic visits from his lawyer. His wife, Joana, has only gone to see him once.
While his case is being resolved, Alves has asked to testify again before the investigating judge. he will do it next Monday April 17 at 10:30.
