Composition

Ideal to share as an aperitif or in the company of a fresh ceviche and raw seafood, Toro de Piedra, Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Coastal Edition comes from Tapihue, Casablanca Valley. Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, on the nose it is intense with passion fruit, grapefruit, lime and fresh herbs and its mouth presents a marked acidity on entry, a vertical profile with a sensation and saltiness on the finish, ideal for Mediterranean pairings.

“A Sauvignon blanc from the Tapihue area. With its cool temperate climate, the marine influence and its granite soils, the Sauvignon blanc vines deliver this wine of great typicality. Intense, fresh and textured on the palate”, says Benoit Fitte
