“Unbreakable”. That’s the title of Patricia Kelly’s tour “Unbreakable”. But the economic situation forces the musician to her knees: she cancels her concerts.
With a heavy heart, the member of the Kelly Family turns to all fans who were already looking forward to the gigs that were supposed to start on February 21: “Dear friends, unfortunately I have to inform you that the tour cannot take place this year.”
The reason? The economic situation. Too few tickets for her solo tour have been sold so far, so it can’t start in just under three weeks.
Kelly (53) continues: “I hoped until the end that we could go on tour. If it weren’t for this great financial responsibility, I would have played in front of a small audience.”
But the decision is made: the tour is canceled for this year, everything will be postponed for a year. The singer hopes things will look better by then.
She apologizes to all fans who have already bought tickets: “I am aware that there is a lot of disappointment for you with the postponement. You have planned, looked forward to the concerts, planned trips and probably already spent money on it. I’m so sorry.”
